It's Party Time

Last night I went to what could be one of the last parties with my new friends. I went with Scottish Jenny to the Generation Roller and had a good time there. I had to hot-foot it back to my place on the skates so that I could make the party at Anna's. Most of the girls brought a cocktail dress with them to France so it was their idea to have a "Cocktail Party." It being close to laundry day I had to suffice with a button up blue shirt and some nice jeans, accented with my flip-flops. I felt like I was going to be underdressed but it turns out most of the guests wore them as well. I took some good photos with my friends and embibed a few too many cocktails as well. Since I got there late I just stayed at Anna's for the count. We went to bed at about 5-6 in the morning and woke up at 10 or so. I took the metro back to my place and drank about 2 liters of water before heading back to bed for a couple of hours. My head was aching so badly!!!
I was also told by one of the guests that I did not have an accent in French that was very recognizable. Of course it really flattens out after a few drinks when my mouth is a little less inhibited to wrap around French words and sounds. It doesn't hurt that I am not worried about making mistakes as well. So, this is probably the most boring, lifeless entry I think I have made because I am still suffering from my hangover, it was worth it though because I had a great time. Cheers everyone!
